Construction of 86 apartments in eight, 3-storey blocks of luxury apartments and 1, 2 and 3-bedroom penthouses.  The works also include a large communal swimming pool, allocated parking spaces, communal gardens, sewerage treatment plant, underground services and roads.  

The Project was completed by GCC in 2007 for the Client  Messrs. G. Hassapis & Sons Ltd. and G.N. Hassapis Bros. Ltd.
