The works included the refurbishment of an existing reinforced concrete two storey office building and a reinforced concrete warehouse. The works included the following activities:
• Demolition of internal blockwork at the ground floor and at the first floor of the office building.
• Demolition of blockwork in the warehouse.
• Demolition of external adjoining store.
• New external staircase and entrance to the offices.
• Associated internal and external works.
